the long and short of it

I must have moaned on countless occasions - both verbally and on paper how I simply cannot find fresh noodles in Prague. Well, that moaning has continued well into my pregnancy and there doesn't seem to be an end in sight.

Action usually speaks louder than words (in my case moaning) so I finally pulled my finger out and made some fresh noodles last weekend, rather than complain about the lack of them.

The recipe was nicked from a very good friend of mine, who also has her own food blog. She's a great cook and always makes us really delicious food whenever we go over to her place. Unfortunately, there's been a temporary suspension in the supply of her delicious cooking, because 1. we moved away to Prague and 2. she moved back home to Sydney.

I tried my best to recreate her hand made noodles - not bad for a first attempt.
